This week Scott and Grace get Off Beat with Tyra Pohlman and Sophia Martin - a reception/instructor Tik-Tok-ing duo. Sophia is one of our newest recruits to the Cycle team (and this just in, we may still be catching her in the Rumble Room!) - get to know a bit about her classes and her busy life outside the studio. Tyra tells us about life outside the studio and how she keeps herself busy as a 3-job working, theatrical queen!
