Tell us a bit about your fitness background and how you found us here at Inspire!
I’ve been passionate about staying active and have practiced different sports throughout my life, like padel, tennis, football, and swimming. But over 8 years ago, I found indoor cycling, and it was a game-changer for me. I quickly fell in love with the energy, community, and thrill of each class. Eventually, I became a coach and have been guiding riders for the past two years. Moving to Melbourne was a big step, and I knew I wanted to find a place with that same energy and community focus — that’s exactly what I found at Inspire Cycle!
What’s one thing we might be surprised to learn about you?
One thing that might surprise you is that I’ve been riding since I was just 11 years old! Starting so young really built my passion for it over the years, and it’s amazing to look back and see how it’s shaped my life and career.
What makes your class ✨ special ✨?
In my class, you can expect an experience that’s all about flow, rhythm, and a whole lot of fun. For those 45 minutes, it’s your time to escape, leave everything else outside, and just enjoy the ride. My goal is to help every rider grow and progress—whether it’s their first time on the bike or they’re a seasoned pro. It’s more than just a workout; it’s about getting lost in the rhythm, pushing your limits, and walking out feeling lighter and totally recharged.
What inspires you?
I’m inspired by my riders—their motivation, discipline, consistency, hard work, and growth are what keep me going. Seeing them show up, push themselves, and progress week after week is the biggest motivation for me as a coach. They remind me every day why I love what I do!
What do you love about CYCLE?
What I love about Cycle is the strong sense of community, the inspiring mission and vision, and the incredible energy in the studio. Being part of a space where everyone feels connected and supported makes each class so much more meaningful. The energy is contagious, and it’s amazing to see everyone come together with the same drive and excitement. It’s all about lifting each other up, and that’s what makes it truly special.
Best piece of advice you’ve received on your fitness journey?
The best piece of advice I’ve received on my fitness journey is that ‘ride together, ride further.’
It emphasises the power of community and support. When you surround yourself with people who uplift and motivate you, there are no limits to what you can achieve. Together, we can push through challenges and reach new heights that we might not have thought possible on our own.

Outside of Inspire, you’ll find me enjoying nights out with friends, exploring the local scene, or going for runs to unwind. I love staying active and making the most of my time in Melbourne while soaking up the vibrant energy of the city!
Favourite time of day to work out?
My favourite time of day to work out is definitely at night. There’s something special about hitting the bike when the city is winding down—it's a great way to release the day's energy and recharge for the next!
Your go-to cafe/ restaurant?

Guilty pleasure?
My guilty pleasure? A combination of cheese, chocolate, and chips all together! I love the crunch and that sweet and cheesy flavour hahah
