Inspire Bootcamp is here, and we know you'll leave this class muscles aching, sweat streaming, and smiles glowing!
A pure strength experience, where we focus on a full body workout, incorporating weights,
resistance bands, and functional benches.
Your instructor will guide you through a series of work blocks designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness (from the inside out, of course!) Progressions make the class accessible to everyone, regardless of previous experience
so book in, come prepared to move, and get your strength on!
